The Adelphi University men's lacrosse team led Limestone College, 5-3, at the half, before erupting for seven goals in the third period on the way to a 16-6 victory. With the win the Panthers improve to 4-1 overall, while Limestone falls to 3-4 on the season.

Fifth-Ranked Georgetown Rattles No. 8 Navy
Back-up goalkeeper Rich D'Andrea stopped 11 Navy shots, while Andrew Baird scored three-consecutive goals to lead No. 5 Georgetown over eighth-ranked Navy, 9-5, Saturday afternoon at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Now 6-1, Georgetown has won six in a row, while Navy drops to 7-2.

No. 7 Navy (2-0) Defeats No. 21 Ohio State, 9-3Friday February 24, 2006Preseason All-American Ian Dingman (Deferiet, N.Y.) scored a pair of goals and added two assists to lead the seventh-ranked Navy lacrosse team to a 9-3 victory over No. 21 Ohio State (0-2) Friday night at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. More than 2,000 fans withstod the chilly temperature to watch the Mids improve to 2-0 on the year.
